CHATS WITH MATT: Matt and me live together so as well as our formal discussion we’ve had many.  As we talked about work and things that are important there were loads of common themes. One key word was “passion”, we also both liked the idea of making a piece full of unashamed romantic abandon. Other themes that linked in were adventure and a love for the city.  In terms of turning that into something that translates, we thought of making a piece of writing (like a poem or something) and animating it. Like an animated poem. Then we got onto thinking about collaborative, fun ways to come up with a piece of writing. Our idea now is do something extreme, have a few recorded conversations and use extracts from that recording to make a piece of writing…. and then animate it.  Sounds like fun.
